Amazing Grace From The Blue Village
09/10/2004 - 5/25/2017
Run free sweet girl. You did everything we asked of you with gentleness and grace...
Call Name: "Grace"
Registration #: AKC: SR33514901 / N.H.S.B.: 2524822
Pedigree: K9data / 164074
DNA: OFA
General:
Grace was our first female with English lines and came to us from Jean Stegen/The Blue Village kennel in The Netherlands. She was pick female and we convinced Jean to let us have Grace and bring her to the U.S. to live. We will always appreciate their trust in us.
Grace has moderate bone and jet-black, non-fading pigment. She is intelligent and has a very calm demeanor.
In 2007, we imported semen from Barnum of The Hellacious in The Netherlands and unfortunately she did not take. Unable to breed or whelp naturally due to a physical issue, we did a surgical AI in January of 2009 and Grace gave us a beautiful litter by C-section. The Sire was our Baldwin of The Hellacious Acres, "Harry." She was a wonderful mommy - and her babies were beautiful - but it was hard on Grace so we made the kind choice to spay and retire her after only one litter.
Grace was placed in a loving, forever home nearby in 2009 where she passed in May of 2017. Grace was such a sweet and loving girl. We will all miss her terribly. See you on the other side...
